Simple Gifts
An hour to switch off. One of them said that gratitude was her way of living a simple life.To sit in a room and not to say anything, takes trust, they say meetings can vary and I have been to a couple of good ones. Partly waiting to see how badly they handle a bad meeting.
I need something to slow me down and something to silence me. Older age will do it. but i was hoping.
